At Heights Baptist Church we desire to love and to lead all people to a new life with Christ.

Jesus says as followers of His we are to, “[...] love the Lord with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength. “You shall love your neighbor as yourself” (Mark 12:30-31). We would love for you to discover more about who we are as a church and join us on this mission.

Below you can learn more about the type of church we want to be

1. Be a serving church: We desire to be a church not just in a city but for our city.

2019 goal is to serve 5,000 hours of service in our city.

Join us as we seek to find ways to serve our neighbors through various community projects.

2. Be a sharing church: We desire to not just know the good news of Jesus

but to share the good news of Jesus with others.

2019 goal is to invite 3,000 people to church services at Heights

and to share the gospel message personally with 500 people.

Join us as we seek to share how Jesus can change the lives of those who follow Him!

3. Be a connecting church: We desire to teach the Christian life is not meant

to be lived alone, therefore we want to build relationships with each other.

2019 goal is to have 65% of our worship attendance connected in a Life Group.

This year connect in a smaller group where you can be encouraged and encourage others in their relationship with Jesus.

4. Be an engaging church: We desire for everyone to personally engage

in three practices to grow as a Christian.

2019 goal is to have 65% of our worship attendance engaged in

Bible reading, regular prayer, and sharing their faith with others.

2019 is going to be a great year at Heights.

Join us as we seek to love and lead all people to a new life with Jesus!
